Description

With the recent introduction of multi-layered image support (#425), in order to make Spring Boot images compliant with the Spring Boot Maven plugin does (spring-boot:build-image), images should be layered efficiently.

Special consideration should be taken with DevTools files.

A similar process was already performed for Quarkus (#751)
