CRIU doesn't set J9_EXTENDED_RUNTIME_DEBUG_MODE by default which was enabled to support Xtrace after restore; Enabled DO_HOOKS to include reportMethodEnter. Signed-off-by: Jason Feng <fengj@ca.ibm.com>
