Describe the solution you'd like
The base image used in smartclide-monitoring/pom.xml should be eclipse temurin. For example: eclipse-temurin:11-jre-jammy.

The tests run on ubuntu:latest (which is 22.04 (aka jammy)) and use an eclipse temurin jdk.

Also, the openjdk image is deprecated and does not provide any images for Java 17 and later any more. Making the switch to eclipse temurin would facilitate the upgrade to Java 17 and later.
