Declare 4.29 RC2
A "go" is needed from all the components below to declare this milestone.

Test cases are not stable and it doesn't impact the build
Issue tracked via testMapLogicalStructure tests failing.

Due to https://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/S-4.29RC2-202308302200/testresults/html/org.eclipse.ua.tests.doc_ep429I-unit-mac64-java17_macosx.cocoa.x86_64_17.html a RC2a release is required, after fixing this issue. The Porting guide files are missing for Platform UI.

I see no actual activity to produce an RC2a. The most recent build here is still I20230830-2200 which is RC2

Are there such plans? Given this is issue is closed, one would assume there is no such plan...

I was waiting for PR to get reviewed.

Okay.

I was just concerned at the RAP contribution might be affected by a new RC2a contribution, but I think that's not the case.
