Friday, 2023-December-1, around 3 PM (Eastern): promote approved build to S-4.30RC2a-*, contribute to simultaneous release repo, and announce to mailing lists.
Remember to investigate and document here any failing JUnit tests.

As you can see, I created the PR for the SimRel update already. I think it's okay (and good) to merge it when it's verified. This will update the staging repository and when that's done, run the tests/reports as well as kick-off EPP's staging builds...

I will not promote the staging version until after this issue indicates that the RC2a is approved as final by the Platform team.

I don’t get the impression anyone anyone is signing off. Are tests complete yet?

Tests are not completed yet , and this will be final build. Go from Releng.
Will Promote once test are completed to reflect in page.
