Label Edit Tool does nothing on outside Labels

Since #2484, the outside labels are not editable through the label edit tool.

Steps to reproduce

Try to click on the label edit tool on an Image Node.

Expected behavior

The label switch to edit mode.

Actual behavior

Nothing happens.
