Major features of this release are:

• Improved support for multi-modal simulation
• Import of bus lanes and bike lanes from OSM
• Extended TraCI API for pedestrians (check out the new tutorial TraCIPedCrossing)
• Lots of NETCONVERT bug fixes related to multi-modality
• New model for electric vehicles, battery state and charging infrastructure
• Networks for left-hand traffic can now be built
• Continuous lane-changing is now working
• vehicle-class specific speed limits can now be defined
• New network attributes to control whether vehicles may drive onto an intersection (and possibly jam it)
