Replaced with IServer instead. Added utility method to get CloudFoundryServer for a given IServer.
Replaced with buildpack as it is the only component of Staging that is used in CFT.
Removed v1 client type CloudService from public API as well as the rest of the framework. Replaced with equivalent CFT-defined CFServiceInstance. Removed unused provider information from service instance.
Also renamed CloudUiUtil to avoid confusion with the public util class with similar name.
