Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

All the Get started samples are coming with commands defined in their devfile.
Most of the new user that are trying any of the Che Get started samples and getting into che-theia, do not know how to run one of the predefined commands. They may not even know that these commands exist.

Describe the solution you'd like

Replace the default Che-theia welcome page with VSCode didact guide for all the getting started guide. Something like that https://github.com/sunix/scratch-kubernetes/blob/master/scratch-k8s-che.didact.md

Selection_034
or
https://github.com/quick-perf/quickperf-examples#online.

The guide could also contain link to files of the project to open and edit.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Issues go stale after 180 days of inactivity. lifecycle/stale issues rot after an additional 7 days of inactivity and eventually close.

Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale in a new comment.

If this issue is safe to close now please do so.

Moderators: Add lifecycle/frozen label to avoid stale mode.
