Chromatogram Overlay - lock zoom and focus selection #1200

The lock zoom button was placed in the Part Stack menu. To be consistent, it should be better placed in the part itself. Additionally, an option to focus the range of the chromatogram selection shall be added. If lock zoom is active, focus selection has no effect.

As it turned out, on each focus of the part, the selection is reset. Hence, focus selection must be also active if zoom is locked.
