ChromatogramPeakChart - improve the updatePeaks function

Add an option to clear the existing peak series and label marker. By default, clearing the existing peak series and label marker shall be false. It would only update the selected peaks. If the option is true, the existing series and label marker are replaced by the new list. But this has the side effect, when zooming out, that no other peaks are visible.
