Editor Quick-Access processor - fix legacy icons #1277

Due to improvements in #1254, the existing icons with prefix can't be mapped. Add an option to auto-adjust the old to the new mapping.

Amend #1277 - Editor Quick-Access processor - fix legacy icons

The Eclipse-BundleShape has been set to directory, so that the icons are
accessible in the deployed version. Otherwise, the path in the *.jar
file can't be located.
