[Eclipse] Remote connection does not appear in Codewind Explorer

I've created a remote connection in IntelliJ. The remote connection shows up in VS Code but it does not show up in Eclipse, even after refreshing the view.

Created remote connection in IntelliJ

Shows up in VS Code (To reproduce, you can probably create the remote connection in VS Code first since the remote connection support in IntelliJ is not available currently)

Does not show up in Eclipse. Moreover, if I try to add the connection, it says the connection already exists.

I have fixed this so that the refresh method on the root Codewind element will now pick up the new connection.
