VSCode seems to wait for all active language servers to respond to document/workspace symbol requests before anything is shown. Therefore it would be great if the jdt.ls would respond quickly to document and workspace symbol requests in case the project import and/or workspace build is not done yet (to not block other language servers from delivering symbols quickly).
