[559286] Refactoring the GEF DOT DotAttributesTest test cases.

- Add the test EObjects to an Resource before formatting/serializing it
to eliminate the following errors from the Xtext framework: ERROR
g.impl.AbstractDeclarativeFormatter - Model has no XtextResource. This
is likely to cause follow-up errors.
