Note: actually this view is quite buggy even before this change. Similarly to the diffview, this prototype view was included but never really tested, so it would be better to clearly open specific issues about it. |

* several version bumps
to photon
to xtend 2.14

* remove movida related code
this has been removed from Sirius in 6.x.x

* bump elk to 0.4.1 + fix
Tried to fix for latest version, disabled some KShapeLayout stuff I

* use UTF-8 instead of UTF8 for encoding declaration
* add Automatic-Module-Name
