Is upload to Maven central repository broken?

Hello,

The latest releases do not seem to be available in Maven Central repository:
9.4.11.v20180521, 9.3.24.v20180521, 9.2.25.v20180521.

Just wanted to give a friendly notice, since it has been a couple of days since the release. :)

Those have not been released yet.
We build them, we stage them, we test them. After the tests pass successfully, we release them to Maven Central.
The testing takes some time.
