As we don't succeed to get a clarification about that from the OMA, we decide to consider "empty payload" or "empty array" [ ] as empty multi instance resource for both SenML format.

So,

  • at de-serialization time we support both
  • at serialization time we encode in empty array.

Hope this will be understood in the same way by other implementation.
