Remove unused trigonometry opcodes

There are no known producers or consumers of these opcodes and no
functional implementation is available either.

* `TR::dcos`
* `TR::dsin`
* `TR::dtan`
* `TR::dcosh`
* `TR::dsinh`
* `TR::dtanh`
* `TR::dacos`
* `TR::dasin`
* `TR::datan`
* `TR::datan2`
