gtfs2pt.py creates a file with the vehicle trips referencing a route. The routes and stops are written to a separate file but the route IDs do not match the ones referenced in the trips. The line number gets prepended to the route IDs (unnecessarily?!). Reported on the mailing list and in issue #11759 .

The route ID with prepended line number is already present in the FCD file.
