improve look of railway switches (trac #1655) #1655

in default junction coloring mode (and if 'show rails' is active) junctions which only have railways as incoming and outgoing edges should be made transparent.

It may also be necessary to overhaul drawing of the rails themselves so that the white of one edges crosstie-gaps does not draw over the rails of an overlapping edge.

Also, internal lanes after an internal junction should have the same permissions as the internal lane before (to ensure the correct look)
