allow specifying written attributes for various outputs

to reduce output file size and support more optional attributes

• fcd-output.attributes
• vehroute-output.attributes (not useful since there aren't many attributes anyway and the output should be suitable as route input in all cases)
• tripinfo-output.attributes (moved to allow specifying written attributes for tripinfo-output #8247)
• <edgeData ... writeAttributes="..."/>

performance should be benchmarked to avoid reduction in simulation speed from this (for outputs that are written in every step).
