Security: tomcat-embed 8.5.41 is vulnerable to CVE-2019-17563

The version currently referenced for tomcat-embed in the parent pom has failed vulnerability checks for CVE-2019-17563.
Regardless of whether the specifics of the issue actually impact Vorto, the version should be upgraded.
Moreover, any pull request before the associated change will fail due to the issue being intercepted when performing compliance checks.
