子Action中a标签外跳到一个er path的需求

子Action里边有这么一个<a target="_blank" href="#/plan/detail~id=3">xxx</a>标签，现在无法跳出去。

你是要让整个页面跳的话加data-redirect="global"

是这样的，他要的是 target="_blank"。但是 URL 恰好是 # 开头，会被当作 ER 内部的了。
