er/controller forwardaction 并不能阻止后续load行为 #161

如题，想在forwardaction中注册一些事件，包括一些手动redirect，但发现 forwardaction并不会阻止后续行为，也是说我再forwardaction里面redirect到其它action，改变的只是url，执行的仍是本action的load从而导致url和action不一致的情况出现
