fecs会错误的忽略某些输入的文件 #24

比如当我显示的指定需要检查某个文件的时候 fecs src/doc/Foobar.js，此时被忽略了，因为路径里面有 doc，这个是不符合预期的。

我认为如果我显示的指定需要检查某个文件，就不应该去考虑 .fecsignore 的配置了
