toast提醒与页面跳转提取为两个handler组件ToastSubmitHander、RedirectSubmitHandler，另外提供一个CompositeSubmitHandler，可以通过CompositeSubmitHandler将多个handler组合。FormAction提供setSubmitHandler接口，FormAction.prototype.handleSubmitResult调用handler的handle方法。
