  1. Implement aggregator coin pipeline to store coin name, symbol, and decimals.
  2. Add support for and document APTOS_NETWORK environment variable required for coin chain queries via Rust SDK.
  3. Bump changeloge for v1.4.0, update formatting
  4. Rebuild REST API docs
  5. Clean up aggregator clap implementation via ValueEnum derivation
