A cursory glance at how iOS handles Bluetooth Low Energy peripheral detection and interaction.

Next Steps:

  • Further scrutiny of both Bluetooth, Bluetooth Low Energy and Core Bluetooth documentation.
  • Flash my Macchina M2 an Arduino sketch that not only monitors an automobile's CAN bus, but logs said data to an iOS device, where the information will be displayed.
    • The M2 will communicate to the iOS device via an XBee® form-factor ESP32.

I'll be extending this README with screen recording from the two iPhones I used during this exercise and an indepth explanation of what's happening behind the scenes.
