Line numbers in error messages are incorrect for CoffeeScript and maybe JSX files. I've tried to do mangling but v1.9.0 broke this (to add JSX support).

This might eventually be fixed by Node's --enable-source-maps option/support. But currently blocked on nodejs/node#43047
