I took the existing logo at https://expressionengine.com/assets/images/ee-logo-dark.svg, minified it, deleted one of the arrows, then manually edited the paths using https://yqnn.github.io/svg-path-editor/
It's not a pixel-perfect copy but looks pretty close to my eye.
