I think we should get rid of the players directory/submodules, and move the server up to the root level. The player will be distributed separately as a binary.

We also need a readme with a clear description of what the project does (screenshots!) and step by step installation instructions.

I think it's pretty good. Here are a couple things I think we should work on.

  • We need to fix the progress bar and retake the screenshots. I've been looking at that for so long I forgot it was broken.
  • We need to decide whether cocoa_spotbox_driver is a "player" or a "driver" and stick to one. I'm leaning towards driver simply because some people might think of the node app as a "player", since it is where the play controls are located.
