I'm playing with EdgeDB a little bit to learn it, because I really like the way how it's designed. =) For learning purposes I chose "time tracking" as my domain.
My schema is following:
type Project {
requiredproperty name ->str;
multilink time_track_entries :=.<project[is TimeTrackEntry];
}
abstracttype TimeTrackEntry {
requiredlink project -> Project;
requiredproperty date ->cal::local_date;
property description ->str;
propertyduration->duration;
}
type IntervalTrackEntry extending TimeTrackEntry {
requiredproperty start_value ->cal::local_time;
requiredproperty end_value ->cal::local_time;
overloadedpropertyduration:=<duration>(.end_value - .start_value);
}
type DurationTrackEntry extending TimeTrackEntry {
}
I'm struggling with overloading property. To be specific, I'm getting this error:
