Skip paths entirely

I have a big git submodule I want to exclude from checking. I can add it to excludes, but as I can see from ec -v it still iterates over the whole directory, which adds minutes to the editorconfig-checker run, which with out only runs seconds.

Please add a way to skip directories entirely, preventing editorconfig-checker to iterate over them.

Thanks for your issue. I agree that this is an unfortunate situation and should be fixed. Right now I'm a bit busy, so if you would want and find the time - feel free to open a PR to fix this - I can currently not guarantee when I will find time
