Thank you, the gitlab is up now but it is good that we reflect the lnd dependency graph if it goes down again. I hope Lightning Labs team will tackle this issue: lightningnetwork/lnd#5402

I noticed the build is broken because one of the (indirect) dependencies is inaccessible. The dependency is however mirrored to github, so we can use that instead.
lndseems to have the exact same problem and this is how they fixed it: https://github.com/lightningnetwork/lnd/blob/dc517d89c4eb0bd070c7d160b664720f54ecca37/go.mod#L88
