Hi all,

I compared the fingerprints at (https://github.com/haccer/subjack/blob/master/fingerprints.json), and the one provided by can-i-takeover-xyz. I found around 11 rules that are not being detected by can-i-takeover-xyz. Some of these rules may be outdated or down. It would require double-checking.

heroku: herokucdn.com/error-pages/no-such-app.html
teamwork: Oops - We didn't find your site.
ghost: The thing you were looking for is no longer here, or never was
wishpond: https://www.wishpond.com/404?campaign=true
aftership: Oops.</h2><p class="text-muted text-tight">The page you're looking for doesn't exist.
aha: There is no portal here ... sending you back to Aha!
tictail: Start selling on Tictail.
bigcartel: <h1>Oops! We could&#8217;t find that page.</h1>
acquia: The site you are looking for could not be found.
simplebooklet: We can't find this <a href="https://simplebooklet.com
vend: Looks like you've traveled too far into cyberspace

Services like heroku has a different rule in can-i-takeover-xyz. The others are not being detected or may be outdated.

Would you be willing to submit a PR with the most up-to-date fingerprints? (Cc'ing @haccer to keep them in the loop too)
