I have a few items I need you to take care of before I can merge this PR:

  • Please take another look at your markdown file, there are errors:
    The value for institution can only have 58 characters max (I see 71)

Congrats on your graduation! @rachita-78 ✨ We're seeing up to 5 month delivery times for international shipments with the delays from covid. If you have not seen anything by then, you're welcome to get back in touch with us.

Unfortunately, we don't have tracking on the shipments.

We're seeing up to 5 month delivery times for international shipments (October aprox) with the delays from covid. If you have not seen anything by then, you're welcome to get back in touch with us.

Unfortunately, we don't have tracking on the shipments.

No i didn't recieved anything yet what to do ?

In this it is mentioned it will open until 30 Sep so kindly check where my parcel is gone as i didn't recieved anything

We still don't close the form, we don't have tracking it depends of every postal service country.

Ok if you don't have tracking details nothing but you must be having the record like it is dispatched or not , it is printed or not you have no records at all?

Hi there, for the previous batch we print it and send your card, you can be sure of that :). WE make our best but postal service in each country's sometimes lost some letters 😢

Ok i totally understand from your point of view but you should also do something if student is saying it is not recieved you have to sent it again or check it. It's not student duty to check where it is gone, before giving also their will be an OTP system like courier guy also will not provide to any random person right and of all this procedure didn't happened then this mean that it is not dispatched right? Correct me if am wrong or anything saying not logical ?
