Group assignments: Team creator should be able to control who joins the team

Please provide a description of the feature you would like Classroom to have

The team creator should be able to get to control who can join his team.

The inability to do so also, further creates the problem that an 'uninvited/unwanted' student may join a team just to take a peek at their code, giving the student a good chance to cheat...
