Student repositories disappeared

Describe the bug
A set of students inside of a GitHub classroom created their group and had a working repository. However, sometime yesterday, the repository disappeared for them. They still have the group within GitHub classrooms, but their GitHub repo no longer exists. As the faculty member, I can not see that their repo existed or see any indication of the repo being deleted. Students did not have administrative access to the repo, so they should have no accidently deleted the repo.

To Reproduce
I have been unable to reproduce this issue, and it has only impacted one team, but it has a very serious impact on that team, as their issues list has been lost.
