Don't reset assignment prefix on title focus

Our education uses a structured format for classrooms and assignment prefixes.
When entering a title for a new assignment, the system automatically chooses a valid assignment repository prefix. That's great.
Before saving, we just change the suggested prefix to our own structured format before saving the assignment.

The issue occurs when editing an existing assignment.

Simply focusing the assignment title textbox is sufficient to reset the prefix to the recommended format. This means wr need to enter the prefix again before we want to save any changes.

This behavior leads to the unintentional/accidental creation of wrongly prefixed repositories when the editor is not paying attention.

Could this be changed so that the assignment repository prefix only changes automatically when it's empty?
