Added
Upgrade&Deletebutton next to theDeletebutton of the Select Equipment dialog.This button can be pressed when there are sufficient upgrade materials.
Once the upgrade is performed, the materials used are removed from the inventory and the equipment is removed from the list.
There seems to be a bug where editing inventory is not reflected on the DOM. Reloading the page fixes it, so stored values are seemed correct.
I'll leave it as a draft because I haven't finished translating or testing.
