• Enhancements on the freeform-answers report open-craft/xblock-eoc-journal#17
• Allow questions to be empty or invalid XML/HTML open-craft/xblock-eoc-journal#18

Thanks for the pull request, @mtyaka! I've created OSPR-2543 to keep track of it in JIRA. JIRA is a place for product owners to prioritize feature reviews by the engineering development teams.
