Help: usage without existdb

Thanks every-one for great work.

We have a stack, where integrating existdb into stack is difficult, And xmls are stored as files along with other resources.. distributed, access controlled through custom mechanism, etc.

So this is request for guidance on how to use stack of tei-publisher to handle with tei-xml files directly. Specifically

1. How can we transform tei-xml files with tei-publisher-header to html files/ epubs "programmetically" with out passing them through existdb?
2. How can we use tei-publisher-web-components to view, edit tei-processing-model?

Any help, guidance, pointers are greatly helpful.

At the moment tei-publisher-lib depends on exist-db to retrieve the data from. The kind of usage you propose we have on the list for a while, unfortunately so far we did not manage to secure necessary funding.
