The first dataset in 16kHz sample rate (as Sphinx requires) can be found here https://www.dropbox.com/sh/vyqfdoyh0781n7z/AADbNbOkCHOFTnyttU49hx_wa?dl=0. The conversion is done using this tool : https://ffmpeg.org/.

Also, the transcripts are updated, so that each line corresponds to a single recording (transcipt_formatted.txt file).
