- if EXTRA_LEFS are used, this will trigger either automatic macro placement using TritonMP or if the user points at a MACRO_PLACEMENT_CFG file, it will use those to manually placeme macros at the user-specified locations - replace won't run if all instances in the design are FIXED - added FP_VERTICAL_HALO and FP_HORIZONTAL_HALO - added a design example (manual_macro_placement_test)
