…etHtml This also fixes the SVG sizing issue of download images in Chrome
This is getting slotted in now because the structure of the SVG was changed in the JSON, so an easier icon upload path was needed in order to not have the experience still be not only sucky, but also different.

Makes significant progress on #4 . Asset rendering is now in React and the build chain is updated to support typescript and bundling. The editor and rest of the app have yet to be migrated.
