Remove some invented abbreviations in ‘europe’

* NEWS: Document this. * europe (America/Danmarkshavn, America/Scoresbysund, America/Godthab) (Atlantic/Reykjavik, Europe/Amsterdam, Atlantic/Azores) (Atlantic/Madeira, Europe/Zaporozhye): Use numeric time zone abbreviations instead of invented ones, for time zones with UT offsets that are integer minutes.
