GOs column - easy way to visualise/chart?

Hi,

I'm not sure how this column are structured probably there is a hierarchical format, but is there a easy way to make a GO chart of the column by CC/BF/MP? Any tool that can use that column or other way to make meaningful plot?

I will annotate this issue as feature request. Maybe in future versions we can provide some files with more structured GO information. So far, we only provide the list of terms, and leave the postprocessing to tools/scripting specific of GO and use case.
