In #983, which is not released yet, I accidentally removed the
awaitbeforepostcss. This causes some async PostCSS plugins to throw errors, for example, TailwindCSS.This PR fixes the bug by adding the
asyncback, and also adds a test case with PostCSS and TailwindCSS.
