Innerhalb der iOS/Mac und Android-App soll bei jeder Änderung soll die JSON-Datei und falls noch nicht vorhanden Fotos im Ordner "Downloads/EHW+/" gespeichert werden.
Im Web soll die Funktion nicht implementiert werden.
Der Nutzer soll - falls nötig - die Berechtigung für den Zugriff auf den externen Speicher geben können.
